Clean coverage, minimal interruption
When creating stills or photographic assets I always turn my focus towards the people. We engage with imagery when we can relate to it. And that's what putting people first means.
These days I do a lot of mixed or hybrid shooting. This allows me to pull still frames directly out of graded video footage. It's a "best of both world" thing, allowing me to operate in tighter or more uncontrolled environments, have a smaller footprint, and still achieve fantastic results.

What are your typical deliverables?
A list of deliverables will be confirmed during pre-production but deliverables will always include masters of all content as well as versions without music tracks so that the audio/video can be extracted and used in future. Other deliverables may include stills, social media edits, and captions (.srt) All masters and key deliverables will be provided digitally via Dropbox or via upload to your own cloud storage. Physical copies can be arranged for an additional fee.
Do you do blooper reels?
The purpose of corporate communications is to put the business in the best light. Because of this and to preserve the safe space of the shoot, we do not do blooper reels.
Will there be a teleprompter?
I love a good teleprompter and we keep on in our kit for corporate communication because you never know when you’ll need one. Plus, when you have to deliver a set message, teleprompters can be an amazing tool. If you’ve never used one before I’ll teach you the 101s before we start.
What happens if we need to reschedule the shoot?
During pre-production we'll usually identify a couple of flexible days alongside our shooting days in case we need to pickup any additional footage or if you have a last minute cancellation. I understand the world can be a bit crazy at the moment. I got you.
Will it just be you? Do you use subcontractors?
The business that I run (Lestrade Digital) takes pride in teaching younger producers the ins-and-outs of commercial video production. As such I have a cohort of collaborators I call on when needed and will identify wether you need 1, 2, 13?!? producers to staff your shoot. Most jobs we do are 1-4 people.
Are you vaccinated?
We ensure every shoot is as safe as possible. This means all of our producers are fully vaccinated and we disinfect equiptment between shoots. We will also comply with any and all requirements you or your organisation may have.
What are your Payment Terms?
After your initial consultation I will provide an estimate for the scope of works to be produced. I do take a 50% deposit before we begin pre-production as there may be materials or expenses incurred on your behalf before the shoot date. On delivery of your assets, the remainder amount will be invoiced on 7 or 14 day terms. If your organisation needs longer terms, please let me know during the initial consultation.
Are you able to travel?
While I produce content primarilly in South East Queensland, I am able to travel for production interstate or overseas. Simply discuss your requirements during our initial consultation and I'll endure to accomodate for you.
